TYLER DOMINO is an associate who focuses his practice on trial and appellate litigation. He represents individuals and corporations in all stages of complex and high-stakes civil litigation, including trial, critical motions practice and appeal. His practice spans a wide range of substantive areas and legal issues, including federal preemption, administrative law, patent and intellectual property, antitrust and other contract and commercial disputes.
Prior to rejoining Sidley, Tyler served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. In 2021, Tyler will clerk for the Honorable William J. Kayatta Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Prior to law school, Tyler was a special education teacher in New York City public schools.
