Biography
JACKSON DROLET focuses his practice on financial transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Jackson earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as co-editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law. He also served as a student associate at the New Business Community Law Clinic, assisting small businesses and startups with their legal needs. During law school, Jackson worked as a legal intern for a major sports and entertainment franchise, where he also held a business-facing role prior to attending law school.
Jackson earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in political economy and French.
