Sidley is representing GE HealthCare in its US$2.3 billion acquisition of Intelerad, a leading medical imaging software company specializing in medical imaging and enterprise workflow solutions. The all-cash acquisition brings a high-growth and innovative software platform to GE HealthCare’s existing capabilities and will help extend its enterprise imaging solutions into ambulatory settings and teleradiology.
