Biography

MALLORY EDEL focuses her practice on white collar defense and investigations. She represents individual and corporate clients in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by various agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the New York Attorney General, and other law enforcement authorities. Mallory also conducts internal investigations into allegations of misconduct.

Mallory received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. While attending law school, she also served as a law clerk for the National Football League; as a civil procedure teaching assistant; and as a research assistant for Professor Arthur R. Miller, whom she assisted in updating the leading civil procedure treatise, Federal Practice and Procedure. Prior to law school, Mallory received her B.A., with high honors, from the University of Michigan.

Mallory maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing individuals in immigration matters, divorce proceedings, and criminal matters.
