Sidley Represents Mas Restaurant Group in Sale of 44 Taco Bell Locations to Ghai Restaurant Group

Sidley represented Mas Restaurant Group (MRG), a franchisee of 123 Taco Bell restaurants in the Houston, Texas, and Columbus, Ohio, metropolitan areas, in the sale of 44 of its Houston locations to Ghai Restaurant Group. MRG is backed by Bessemer Investors, LLC, a New York-based investment firm.
