Biography
SCHYLAR JACOBS focuses her practice on buy-side derivatives transactions, assisting clients in negotiating and executing trades. In addition, Schylar advises registered funds in connection with legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
Prior to joining Sidley, Schylar attended Georgetown University Law Center and Georgetown University.
