Sarah Kang

SARAH KANG represents clients in public mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Sarah worked as an associate at a global law firm in Seoul, Korea, where she advised companies, private equity sponsors, and pension funds on cross-border equity financings, venture capital financings, lending transactions, and fund formation.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Sarah served as a note development editor of The Boston University International Law Journal.

Sarah is fluent in Korean.
