Biography
NATE KREVOR advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies in various litigation, enforcement and regulatory matters on the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Drug Supply Chain and Security Act, False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. Further, he assists companies with internal investigations, maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices and ensuring data integrity.
Before law school, Nate worked in the engineering department for a pharmaceutical manufacturer. There, he focused on quality and was responsible for all of the production and facility equipment. Nate performed investigations, validation and continuous improvement projects. He also served as a subject matter expert during FDA inspections.
During law school, he was an articles editor for The George Washington Law Review.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Nate represents clients convicted in the District of Columbia as juveniles in resentencing through the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act.
