Biography
JUSTIN LASHLEY focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on a variety of U.S. and cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt issuances, and other private placements of debt and equity securities, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings. He also advises issuers on U.S. and cross-border liability management and debt refinancing transactions.
