Jordan M. Lemoine

JORDAN LEMOINE advises public and private companies on a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and private equity transactions. Jordan also regularly advises public companies on a broad range of disclosure, corporate governance, shareholder, and SEC and exchange compliance matters.

Jordan also maintains a robust pro bono practice, advocating on behalf of immigrants. In 2023, the National Immigrant Justice Center recognized Jordan as a “Rising Star” for his pro bono service.

Jordan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, Jordan competed as a member of the Bartlit Center National Trial Team and served as a member of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. Prior to law school, Jordan earned his B.A. in international relations, cum laude, from the University of San Diego.

• Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BAER) in its US$869 million business combination with Jack Creek Investment Corp. and several subsequent equity offerings.
• Publicly traded International Game Technology PLC in connection with its US$6.2 billion spin-off of its Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses and the combination of those businesses with Everi Holdings Inc. (terminated).
• CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDW) in its acquisitions of Mission Cloud, Locus Recruiting and Enquizit.
• The Brink’s Company (NYSE: BCE) in its US$6.6 billion cash and stock acquisition of NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE: NATL).
• ShoreView Capital and its portfolio company, Avidity Science, in the sale of Avidity Science to ATS Corporation.
