Biography
JORDAN LEMOINE’s practice focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
Jordan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, Jordan competed as a member of the Bartlit Center National Trial Team and served as a member of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. Prior to law school, Jordan earned his B.A. in international relations, cum laude, from the University of San Diego.

- CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDW) in its acquisitions of Mission Cloud, Locus Recruiting and Enquizit.
- The Brink’s Company (NYSE: BCE) in its $6.6 billion cash and stock acquisition of NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE: NATL).
- ShoreView Capital and its portfolio company, Avidity Science, in the sale of Avidity Science to ATS Corporation.
