Biography
JEAN WENJING LIANG focuses her practice on representing fund sponsors in the offering and formation of alternative investment funds and advising institutional investors in respect to their investments in private funds and secondary transactions. She also represents registered funds and investment managers in connection with ongoing legal and regulatory compliance with the securities laws. In addition, Jean advises both issuers and underwriters in debt and equity transactions by REITs.
Jean received her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University.
Jean is fluent in Mandarin.
