Sidley Represents Bearing Distributors, Inc. in Its Investment From Kelso & Company

Sidley represented Bearing Distributors, Inc. (BDI) in a strategic growth investment from Kelso & Company. The investment will provide BDI, a global distributor of bearings, power transmission and fluid power products, and related industrial solutions, with additional capital and operational resources to support growth. BDI’s existing leadership team will retain meaningful ownership in the company.

The Sidley team was led by Brian Fahrney and Seth Katz (M&A and Private Equity).
