BECKY O’BRIEN advises on structured finance transactions, with a focus on CLOs and private credit, including rated feeder transactions and CFOs. She also has extensive experience across securitization transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, as well as derivatives, and regularly counsels clients on cross-border regulatory matters, including the U.S. risk retention rules, the Volcker Rule, the Investment Advisers Act, NAIC considerations, and EU and UK securitization regulations.
