Biography
DORA PAN focuses her practice on structured finance, syndicated loans, cross-border finance, and general banking matters and also has extensive experience in financial regulation, derivatives, cross-border development and compliance, formation and cancellation of a regulated entity, and regulatory analysis of cross-border funds flow. She regularly advises various P.R.C. and foreign investment banks, commercial banks, non-banking financial institutions, funds, and multinationals.
Apart from loan financing transactions, Dora also works closely with other Sidley lawyers on debt capital market, non-contentious restructuring, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Dora is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Dora is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
