Kyle Patel

KYLE PATEL focuses his practice on advising private investors, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies on various domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity financings, and joint ventures. He also advises public companies on securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, corporate governance, and shareholder activism.

Kyle received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as managing editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
