Sidley is representing BBQGuys, a leading e-commerce retailer of outdoor living products, in its acquisition of Mont Alpi, a premium manufacturer of modular outdoor kitchen islands and grills. The transaction expands BBQGuys’ portfolio of owned brands and strengthens its presence in the fast-growing outdoor kitchen market. With the addition of Mont Alpi, BBQGuys is positioned to broaden its product offerings and accelerate innovation across its outdoor living portfolio, which already includes Blaze, a performance-driven grill manufacturer, and Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM), a U.S.-based leader in outdoor kitchen components.
