Biography
EMILY PICARD focuses her practice on the formation and ongoing operation of regulated fund structures, including interval funds, tender offer funds, open-end funds, business development companies, and exchange-traded funds. She advises asset managers, fund boards, and financial institutions on complex issues related to the development, launch, management, and distribution of registered fund products.
Prior to joining Sidley, Emily served as in-house counsel for a global asset manager.
