KIM ROBERTSON is a managing associate in the Sydney office and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. Her practice focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters in corporate finance and U.S. capital market transactions, including SEC-registered offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of secured and unsecured senior and subordinated investment grade and high-yield debt, primary and secondary equity offerings and liability management trades. Kim’s clients include all major investment banks and public and private companies in various sectors including financial services, aviation and transportation, energy and resources, infrastructure, real estate and technology.
