Derek Rogers

DEREK ROGERS advises private equity clients and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, as well as institutional investors in registered and unregistered offerings of equity and debt securities. Derek has managed global legal teams and external advisors in cross-border transactions across approximately 10 international jurisdictions, ranging from Europe to Asia. He has experience managing deal teams through stock market financings and drafting and filing various Securities Act and Exchange Act reports, registration statements, prospectuses, supplements, and proxy statements for public company clients.

During law school, Derek served as senior editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and earned a business law certificate.

• Teleperformance SE in various acquisitions and other strategic transactions, including its US$400 million acquisition of Senture, LLC and its US$300 million acquisition of PSG Global Solutions, LLC.
• Erasca, Inc. in its US$100 million underwritten offering and its “at-the-market” offering.
