FREDDIE RUTHVEN advises on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with clients including private equity sponsors, corporates, investment banks, and credit funds.
Freddie trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley's London office, where he gained experience in the firm's Restructuring, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, and Competition practices. 

Freddie's recent experience includes advising: 

• Soho House & Co Inc. on its financing arrangements, including in relation to its definitive agreements pursuant to which an investor group led by MCR, and its chairman and CEO Tyler Morse will acquire the outstanding shares of Soho House.
• DigitalBridge and Aberdeen Investments on their joint acquisition of EQUANS Infra & Mobility, Equans’ asset-based e-mobility platform in the Netherlands.
• A debtor in relation to a consensual restructuring, involving the amendment of an existing syndicated facility, a debt hive-up, and the extension of new money via a Holdco facility.
