Biography
JULIA TURNER’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters.
Julia earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she graduated with honors and was on the Dean’s list. During this time, Julia served as staff editor and comment editor of the SMU Law Review Association.
Prior to law school, Julia graduated from the University of Oklahoma with honors and was recognized on the Dean’s list.
