Sidley Represents Appalachian Power Company and Appalachian Power Recovery Funding LLC in US$1.3 Billion Issuance of Senior Secured Bonds

Sidley represents Appalachian Power Company, a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc., and Appalachian Power Recovery Funding LLC in the issuance of Series 2026-A Senior Secured SAC Bonds valued at US$1,375,500,000 to recover certain securitized asset costs.
