KATHERINE WALSH focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities filings.
Katherine received her J.D. and MBA from the University of Virginia, where she received a concentration in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking. She also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from LeMoyne College, where she received the “Leadership and Service Award” for the LeMoyne Athletic Department.
