
Biography
KATHERINE WALSH represents issuers and underwriters in corporate and securities law matters, including a variety of securities offerings and corporate governance matters. She represents clients across a diverse set of sectors in transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on common offerings, hybrid securities offerings, at-the-market (ATM) programs, and debt offerings.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Katherine served as an executive editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review. Katherine also holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a B.A. from LeMoyne College, where she was a member of the women’s golf team.
