The CFIUS team introduces basic concepts to help with using the CFIUS Case Management System (CMS). The CMS provides external users the ability to submit filings to, and interact with, CFIUS through an online portal. Included in the tutorial are steps in learning how to access the CMS, importing and extracting data, and reviewing document formatting in order to meet CFIUS guidelines.
