Sidley represented The Raine Group in the sale of Thrill One Sports & Entertainment to Fertitta Capital. Thrill One Sports & Entertainment is a global leader in thrill-based entertainment, encompassing brands including Superjacket Productions (producers of the long-running Ridiculousness franchise), Nitro Circus, Street League Skateboarding, Nitro Rallycross, and Thrill One media, which were brought together via a roll-up executed by Sidley on behalf of Raine in 2019.
