
Biography
FARES CHEHABI counsels private equity funds, growth equity funds, and privately held companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and other significant transactions. Fares regularly represents clients in the technology, financial services, and business and consumer services industries.
Fares received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Public Interest Fellow and earned the distinction of Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Honoree. While attending law school, Fares worked for the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, helping individuals navigate immigration and welfare issues.
Prior to law school, Fares received a B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University.
