• Merced Capital on the restructuring and acquisition of the Telford Offshore Group.
• Modern Land (China) Co., Limited in the restructuring of its US$1.34 billion offshore dollar-denominated notes.
• Schur Flexibles Group, an international flexible plastic packaging manufacturer, on its successful financial restructuring.
• RiseSun Real Estate Development Co., Limited and its subsidiaries in the restructuring of the group’s offshore dollar-denominated notes.
• Travelex as legal secondee, working closely with the group’s General Counsel and the commercial legal team
• A creditor on the sale of debt in a distressed multinational footwear corporation
• On the administration of several companies within one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare groups
• A public limited company on its takeover by an Australian investment group which was conducted by way of scheme of arrangement
