LETICIA MORA focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes at both trial and on appeal in the federal and state court systems. She has experience handling commercial litigations and arbitrations involving breach of contract, fraud, and shareholder and intercreditor disputes, among other matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Leticia was an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where she served as first chair in numerous trials. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. Leticia also obtained her LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated with distinction and interned for the U.N. Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia and the Organization of American States.
