ELIZA SAYEDY represents issuers and underwriters in asset-backed securitizations (auto loan, lease, and equipment) and residential mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining Sidley, Eliza was a chemistry teacher in Long Island, NY.
Eliza graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a staff editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Eliza earned her B.A. in chemistry from CUNY Queens College.
