LINLIN TENG focuses her practice on private equity transactions, public mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, general corporate representations, and shareholder activism matters.
LinLin earned her J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School, and her B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Boston University School of Management.
With a diverse business background, including co-founding a business venture prior to law school, LinLin brings a noteworthy perspective to her practice. During law school, her experiences also encompass roles as a legal intern at the United Nations, a judicial intern at the D.C. Superior Court, a legal research assistant (corporate law), and a summer law clerk at a boutique litigation law firm.
LinLin is fluent in Mandarin.
