The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Merger Control 2020

Four Sidley lawyers contributed to the 16th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Merger Control 2020, a book recently published by Global Legal Group Limited, London. The book provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with comprehensive legal analysis of the merger control laws and regulations in over 55 jurisdictions. Jim Lowe (DC) and Marc Raven (Chicago) wrote the U.S. chapter, and Steve Spinks and Ken Daly (both in Brussels) wrote the EU chapter.
