Three Sidley lawyers contributed to the 19th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Tax 2023, a recently published book which discusses key corporate tax issues in over 20 jurisdictions. The book addresses common topics for taxpayers including inbound investors, covering corporation tax, taxation of local subsidiaries and branches, tax groupings, non-resident taxation, taxation of real estate, value added and transfer taxes, anti-avoidance regimes and the impact of international tax initiatives such as the OECD’s BEPS project. The UK chapter was authored by Sidley lawyers Oliver Currall, Steve Quinn, and Pranith Mehta.
