Sidley Represents S3 Capital in US$1.3 Billion Real Estate Credit Fundraise

Sidley represented S3 Capital Advisors LLC (S3), a New York-based real estate credit firm, in the formation and closing of S3 LB Real Estate Credit III (the Fund) and related co-investment accounts, which secured approximately US$1.3 billion in commitments.

The Fund is focused on first lien real estate credit investments, including construction loans, bridge loans, transitional loans, inventory loans, and land loans, primarily financing multifamily residential developments in supply-constrained markets.

The Sidley team advising on the fund formation was led by Jenny Spiegel (Investment Funds) and Noam Waltuch (Tax), and included Adam Cooper (Investment Funds) and Christian Barraza (Tax).
