• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its acquisition of Chelsea Football Club and related affiliates in a consortium co-led with Todd Boehly, Chairman and CEO of Eldridge.
• Representing HeadFirst Global on its recommended offer to acquire AIM-listed Impellam Group for approx. £483.2 million.
• A private equity sponsor on its acquisition of a UK PBSA portfolio and associated management arrangements.
• Pictet Alternative Advisors in its Acquisition of Pareto FM.
• Savillex Corporation, a portfolio company of private equity fund Thompson Street Capital Partners, in its strategic acquisition of ONFAB from Foresight Capital Partners.
• Macquarie Asset Management on its clients’ investment in £400 million in notes related to a portfolio of commercial ground leases. In this innovative transaction, the notes are secured against a portfolio of 55 ASDA supermarket sites across the UK.
• Deutsche Bank on multiple repacks/structured products secured on UK commercial real estate revenue. 
• A private equity sponsor on its acquisition of a UK PBSA asset and related financing arrangements.
• Apollo funds on the structured refinancing of a securitisation of student loans by way of securities purchase arrangements.
• Recharge Industries, a portfolio company of Scale Facilitation, on its acquisition of Britishvolt Limited.
• GlaxoSmithKline plc and various of its subsidiaries in connection with a number of significant financing transactions in preparation for the proposed spinoff of GSK’s Consumer Healthcare business and listing of Haleon plc.
• Apollo on the tax aspects of the debt financing for its agreement to acquire Miller Homes, one of the UK’s leading homebuilders.
• CVC Credit as investment manager to various of its recent European CLO transactions, including Cordatus 9-R, Cordatus 21, Cordatus 25, Cordatus 26 and Cordatus 27.
• Permira Credit as investment manager to its recent European CLO transactions including Providus VI, VII, VIII and IX.
• Spire Partners as investment manager to its European CLO transactions, including Aurium IX, X and XI.
• LahiTapiola, a leading Finnish mutual finance and insurance group, on its public STS securitization of Finnish auto loans, Tommi I, as well as each of the subsequent public STS issuances securitized as Tommi II, Tommi III, Tommi IV and Tommi V as well on a private securitization of Finish auto assets.
• Zenith (a portfolio company of Bridgepoint) in relation to its innovative vehicle lease and residual value financing by way of securitization.
• Intermediate Capital Group Alternative Investments (ICG) on the structured, asset-backed fund financing to its Senior Debt Partners 5 Fund.

• A leading UK investment bank on its financing of a single managed account (SMA) secured on a multibillion euro portfolio of direct lending loans for a large sovereign wealth fund managed by a top-tier alternative asset manager.
• Argo Blockchain plc in connection with the offering of its 8.75% Senior Notes due 2026.

• A UK real estate investment group on their debut senior unsecured bond offering.
