Netanya Clixby Named to Financial News’ Rising Stars of Legal Services 2023 List

Netanya Clixby, a managing associate in Sidley’s office in London, has been selected as one of Financial News’ “Rising Stars of Legal Services 2023.” The list of “25 top professionals under 40” recognizes “talented young lawyers working in private practice in Europe.”
Netanya focuses her practice on advising buy-side and sell-side clients on a range of derivatives and trading documentation, including ISDA master agreements, prime brokerage documentation, master confirmations, securities lending, and repurchase agreements. She has experience advising clients on a range of ESG transactions, including voluntary carbon credits and crypto derivatives. Netanya also advises clients on derivatives and trading related regulation, including EMIR and SFTR.
