Sidley Represents Pacific Avenue in Financing for US$1.1 Billion Acquisition of Oldcastle Lawn & Garden

Sidley represented Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on its debt financing for its acquisition of Oldcastle Lawn & Garden, Inc. from CRH in a transaction valued at over US$1.1 billion. Upon closing, the business will operate under the new name GardenCore. The transaction marks Pacific Avenue’s first acquisition exceeding US$1.1 billion in enterprise value and continues the firm’s focus on complex corporate carve-outs and middle-market special situations.
