Sidley’s Yvette Ostolaza and Aimee P. Fagan Named to D Magazine’s 2023 “Dallas 500”

Yvette Ostolaza and Aimee P. Fagan have been named to D Magazine’s 2023 “Dallas 500.” Notably, this is Aimee’s debut appearance and the eighth consecutive year Yvette has made the list, which recognizes the leaders who drive the Texas economy.

Yvette is Sidley’s Management Committee chair and an Executive Committee member. She is a Band 1 Chambers litigator who leads crisis-management matters, complex multijurisdictional commercial disputes, and corporate investigations.

Aimee serves as a co-leader of the firm’s IP Litigation practice and has demonstrated a formidable track record of success managing high-stakes litigation matters for leading companies from the energy, investment/financial services, private equity, medical, and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
