Sidley Shortlisted at IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2024

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) has shortlisted Sidley in a range of categories at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2024. The annual awards highlight the most innovative deals to reach financial close in the prior year, celebrating “work that breaks new legal ground, develops the legal framework for cross-border corporate finance, and improves the investment environment.”

Sidley has been shortlisted in the following categories:

• “Equity Team of the Year”
• “India Practice of the Year”
• “Restructuring Team of the Year”

Additionally, three Sidley matters have been shortlisted for recognition as “Deals of the Year.”

• “Equity Deal of the Year” — PT Amman Mineral Internasional
• “Restructuring Deal of the Year” — Modern Land debt restructuring
• “Restructuring Deal of the Year” — Sunac debt restructuring

Winners will be celebrated at an awards ceremony in Hong Kong on March 20, 2024.
