Sidley Represents Acteon in the Sale of Menck to Cadeler

Sidley represented Acteon, a UK-headquartered global offshore energy services group, in the sale of Menck to Cadeler A/S, a leading offshore wind installation contractor.

The transaction involved the sale of the Menck business across Germany, the UK, Australia, and Singapore and was completed simultaneously with signing. The acquisition will expand Cadeler’s offshore wind foundation transportation and installation capabilities and combine Menck’s specialist engineering expertise with Cadeler’s offshore installation platform. Menck will continue to operate as a standalone business under Cadeler’s ownership.
