Sam Hamilton and Jayanthi Sadanandan have been named to Private Equity News’ “Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers 2025” list. The list recognizes lawyers based in Europe working on the largest and most innovative private equity deals and fundraisings.
Sam is a global co-leader of the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice. He has more than 20 years’ experience working on a broad range of complex leveraged finance transactions. He has particular experience advising private equity sponsors across a range of finance products. Sam was recognized in the “Hall of Fame” for Acquisition Finance in Legal 500 UK 2025.
Jay is a global co-leader of the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice. She has spent more than two decades advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, corporates, and other borrowers on a wide range of transactions. Jay was ranked in Band 1 for Banking & Finance: Big-Ticket in Chambers UK 2025, Chambers Europe 2025, and Chambers Global 2025, and was named to The Lawyer Hot 100 2025.
