Mike Bettinger and Irene Yang Named Among Daily Journal’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers”

Daily Journal has named Mike Bettinger and Irene Yang to its 2026 “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers list.” This annual recognition spotlights lawyers in California for their work on recent significant cases that had an impact on the larger world of intellectual property.

Mike is an eminent national trial lawyer for patent, trade secret, trademark and other intellectual property cases. He has tried 33 cases to verdict, securing notable wins in Federal courts throughout the United States for premier technology companies in the software, semiconductor, solar, telecommunications, networking and healthcare industries. This is the nineteenth consecutive year that he has been included in this list.

Irene is co-leader of the firm’s global IP Litigation practice. A trial lawyer representing clients in the high tech and life sciences industries in their intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, she has secured notable victories in jury trials and has spearheaded litigation teams to achieve pre-trial successes.
