Sidley acted as issuer’s counsel to Arbor Realty CRE Notes 2021-FL3, Ltd., parent Arbor Realty Trust Inc., and other affiliated entities, in the establishment and issuance of a $1.5 billion CRE CLO securitization. The assets consist of a managed portfolio of bridge mortgage loans backed by commercial real estate properties. The transaction is the second largest CRE CLO ever issued.
