Sidley Represents Bridgepoint in the Sale of Blume Global to WiseTech Global

Sidley represented Bridgepoint Advisors Group Ltd. in the sale of its stake in Blume Global Inc. to WiseTech Global Ltd. WiseTech Global acquired private equity-backed Blume Global for US$414 million. Blume Global is a provider of supply-chain execution and visibility technology empowered by the largest globally connected multimodal logistics network.

The Sidley team was led by private equity partners Brien Wassner and Daniel Rawner.
