Sidley Represents ChargePoint in US$150 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Sidley represented ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CHPT), a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging network, in a new US$150 million senior secured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, as administrative agent. JPMorgan Chase Bank and HSBC Ventures USA acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the credit facility.

The team was led by Herschel Hamner (Energy and Infrastructure – Debt Finance) with assistance from Mahalia Doughty (Energy and Infrastructure – Debt Finance), Brian DiFilippo (Energy and Infrastructure – Debt Finance), Taylor Todd (M&A), and Dusan Clark (Intellectual Property).
