DUSAN CLARK focuses her practice on Technology and Life Sciences Transactions. Ms. Clark concentrates on intellectual property transactions, addressing intellectual property in major corporate and financial transactions and intellectual property counseling. Ms. Clark regularly represents and counsels Fortune 500 companies and leading financial institutions on intellectual property matters in a wide array of transactions, including securitized finance, secured finance, film and entertainment projects, and multinational mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Clark has provided advice on more than 500 transactions, including several multi-billion dollar transactions. She also advises national retail and commercial clients and a number of not-for-profit companies on intellectual property licensing; copyright protection and enforcement; and trademark branding, protection, prosecution, enforcement, oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and foreign trademark offices, Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization, and litigation in the United States and foreign jurisdictions.
