Sidley Represents NuStar Energy L.P. in its Upsized Equity Offering of Common Units

Sidley represented NuStar Energy L.P. in connection with its offering of 14,950,000 common units for estimated gross proceeds of approximately US$222.8 million. NuStar intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem outstanding Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Units and to pay related fees and expenses. Pending such use, NuStar intends to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit agreement.
