Sidley Represents Sixth Street Growth in Its Investment in Keyfactor

Sidley represented Sixth Street Growth in its significant minority investment in Keyfactor, Inc. (“Keyfactor”), “the identity-first security solution for modern enterprises,” at an enterprise value of approximately US$1.3 billion. Sixth Street’s investment reinforces Keyfactor’s leading position in the digital identity market, and will be a further catalyst for growth.
