Sidley Represents Carlin Consumer Health in Its Acquisition of Penetrex

Sidley represented Carlin Consumer Health (Carlin) in its acquisition of PENETREX (Penetrex), a joint and muscle care consumer brand, from Wellbeam Consumer Health. Penetrex will now become a brand within the Carlin Consumer Health portfolio as a part of the transaction. Carlin is a consumer health business positioned to acquire over-the-counter brands.
